DJ Lag & Mr Nation Thingz’ Viral TikTok Song “Hade Boss” Hits 2 million Streams Across Digital Platforms

From pioneering the sound of Gqom into the mainstream to the point of award recognition, #SAMA29 winner, DJ Lag, continues to be a culture shifter and front runner in this space. His latest offering “Hade Boss” with Mr Nation Thingz featuring KC Driller further reinforces DJ Lag’s earned titled of the King of Gqom.

Becoming a viral hit song on TikTok (237M+ views) which evolved into a dance challenge that has seen the likes of Kamo Mphela, Pabi Cooper, Siphokuhle N, Khanyisa Jaceni, Jessica Mashaba, and Robot Boii join in; the Amapiano and Gqom fused “Hade Boss” has now become a commercial success reaching a staggering 2 million streams across various digital platforms.

“I created this song with my brother from Clermont and it’s amazing to see what the song has done. Big things are coming. This is just the beginning,” expresses DJ Lag.

To commemorate their 2 million milestone, DJ Lag & Mr Nation Thingz have dropped the official visualiser for the song, which also coincides with the announcement of DJ Lag’s world tour for 2024 which commences in the US this week.
