SirBastien Releases his New EP, Jellyfish

JELLYFISH-FINAL (1).jpg

While listening to SirBastien’s EP, Jellyfish, one word that comes to mind is Serendipity, as the project takes you on a journey into discovering sounds you never knew you needed, which eventually would turn out to be just the thing for the moment.

The EP opens with Jellyfish, which takes you underwater, as you hear the ripples and water motions; it gets you to BE the jellyfish. Then you pivot right back to solid ground with Angel eyes, which comes with a kick to it.

The smooth, head bobbing groove continues as Changes ft. SGawD comes on, giving you something to slow whine to. Rewind is definitely for Salsa dancers, or is it Rumba? Just before the alternative reggaeton that is Inside, filters through your speakers. The EP finale being Genuine ft. Solis is a genuine love song that gets you in your feels. Thus the discovery ends, leaving you with a sweet feeling inside.

Love and all things mushy dominate the airwaves of this six-song EP, giving you R&B, Alternative, Soulful vibes with a likkle bit of alternative Reggae, all produced, mixed and mastered by Sirbastien, except tracks 3 and 6, which were co produced with Ramoni and Yinka Bernie, respectively.
