Singer-songwriter Preyé returns with an infectious new single “Cotton Candy”. With shimmering keys, juxtaposed with dream-like synths and a pulsating bass-line, “Cotton Candy” sees Preyé once again deliver a solid, high energy R&B hit.
“Cotton Candy” is a song that captures the essence of sweetness and indulgence. Preyé wanted to create a song that celebrates life’s simple pleasures and the magic of embracing sweetness in all its forms.
“I really enjoyed working on this with Insightful, we were very intentional about the production and my melodies and I hope it evokes the sensation of sinking your teeth into a fluffy, sugary cloud!” shares Preyé.
The new single arrives on the heels of her successful debut EP, “Don’t Look Down!” which landed her early recognition from Billboard (Top R&B Picks of The Week), and her single “Love Today” which garnered love from 37 local radio stations and charted on Gagasi FM’s Top 10 R&B chart.
“Cotton Candy” sets the stage for a busy 2023 for Preyé, which includes new music, exciting features and global touring plans to come.
